Let's have a look at what's making news around the world this week in mass timber construction land. So there's a new exhibition in New York City's Skyscraper Museum which chronicles the rise of mass timber construction, and so it moves all away from the construction system, which is the material components, the timber, the engineering, and looks at the last 15 years of it as being an alternative to concrete and steel, in no part due to its carbon storage potential. And now tall timber the future of cities in wood is an exhibition which then provides people with an understanding about what it means to build, you know, tall timber or mass timber construction. And specifically within New York, with its new mandate for life cycle assessment for new buildings, this is a great step forward to create an education for people there. So if you'd like to check out the exhibition, head to New York City and see it for yourself. York City and see it for yourself. And earlier this week the Barnaby City Council approved the construction contract for a brand new James Cohen Theatre at the Shadbolt Centre for the Arts. The existing theatre is located in Barnaby's Civic Precinct on the north side of Deer Lake, near Barnaby City Hall, which is being eyed for a redevelopment for the Barnaby Village Museum. This replacement of existing theatre, which was built in the 1940s, will take on a new configuration which will include the use of mass timber construction. And to france now. And schuliger holtz ag has started clt production at its new plant in france. The construction of the building in timber is booming in switzerland and also in france, and in particular multi-story timber buildings, and the plant is designed to meet the high structural and aesthetic requirements for buildings in the locality. The installation will be carried out for the existing hall and a plant approximately 5,000 square meters, the annual capacity of two shifts was designed for approximately 50,000 cubic meters and it will also have additional sawmill locations in switzerland and france and runs a high capacity processing dryer, planer, glulam plant and plant panel and pressure treatment plant. That's a lot to say. Congratulations to everyone on the project. We look forward to seeing the successes of your plant over the years.
